Lakeshore East

Over 2 million SF of commercial space, five acres of botanical park, 4,500 residences, and 1,500 hotel rooms, Magellan Development’s Lakeshore East remains one of the largest downtown developments in the United States. Mauge, much younger when construction began in 2002, contributed to the community’s brand development from the start. Tasked with creating a program strong enough to support the decades-long master plan, we not only developed the brand signature still at the core of the Lakeshore East portfolio, but also built the identity for one if its first and most celebrated buildings, Aqua.
