When Optima Chicago split from its sister, Optima Signature – dropping her bright red palette and all – Mauge was challenged to re-establish a flagship residence for Chicago’s mature luxury renter. We got to work across several exclusive channels and delivered a website, stationery package, and signage system that led to rising rents without lost occupancy.
