Nashville continues to top lists as one of the country’s fastest growing cities. People are moving there, businesses are moving there, and now, Mauge’s partners are moving there too, developing retail, commercial, and residential properties alike. 5 City Blvd, a commercial building we helped launch in the summer of 2022, is just one of the most recent. In only four short months, our work ranged from naming to web design, with events along the way, to give CBRE everything they needed to lease 360,000 SF of Class A office space by the middle of 2024.
