One and One Makes Two
Our partners over at City Volkswagen of Chicago were so enjoying their new dealership that just ten months after its purchase, their first, they decided to go for another — this time in Evanston. One became two, the second City twin was born, and Uncle Mauge made sure it all went well.
Becoming a Corwin Partner
Corwin Partners approached Mauge in need of a digital platform that would highlight their previous successes, compelling services, and niche attention to residential real estate. We got to work; and through our iterative process composed a brandmarked identity that accentuated their one-of-a-kind offerings. Once it was time to execute, and with the brand in place, we developed a website where Chicagoland’s new-construction developers could finally take a different approach to sales and marketing.
"Mauge embraced our vision—then designed an online presence that promotes our growth and represents our success.” -Cory Robertson, Principal
To 25 More…
The dawning of a new decade marked 25 years of Mauge. But in our eyes, it also meant the start of 25 more! First we celebrated an end, now we celebrate a beginning, and we’re working hard every day for whatever comes next.
Celebrating 25 Years
Mauge started on a whim, when some sibling rivalry led to the suggestion, “Get out of bed! Do something fun!” – and we haven’t stopped since. From those humble beginnings in 1995, to our continuing work today, we’re proud of our design-craft heritage and honored to have you with us. The ups are a blast; the downs a challenge. But the creative by our team makes every day “something fun.”
Thanks to everyone for a wonderful 25 years.

Every once in a while, meeting a friend of a friend of a friend works out — like Matt, when he was photo-documenting a project for our mutual client, kibbitznest. We quickly learned we were neighbors and we work well together.
When the Maugeri siblings get together…
My brother Frank created this “Illumination” spectacle, our “queen bee” sister Toni created the scrolls and performance, and I baked the family holiday honey cookies.
Mauge Facade
Preparing for our 25th Anniversary, we gave our office building a facelift — bringing the facade back to its original splendor and color scheme.
Tying Knots
No weddings in 25 years and then — BOOM — three in two months. Each had its own creative personality. Forever congratulations.
