Determined to make their specialties something for everyone, the team behind Atlanta-staple Marlow’s Tavern turned their attention to 2020’s younger, faster generation. Then, they found space in the up-and-coming Westside Village and agreed it was time to act. But you can’t brand worldly, farm-to-table fare in newly urban landscapes without the experts, especially amidst a global crisis. So they called Mauge — and weeks later, the Woodall was born. Now Thursdays are as busy as Saturdays, and the Woodall is one of Eater Atlanta’s newest favorite spots.
